This video was made for a Video Production II project. The assignment was to shoot and edit a project that reflects my style as a producer…well I’m not sure what my style as a producer is yet, but I know what I like to do and that’s sewing. So I made up the show Whitney Sews. I did all the camera work and since my tripod was crappy it took all day to set up shots and film everything. But I’m pretty happy with how everything worked out. I aim for 60″ wide fabric, as 45″ would make a skirt too short for my tastes. I am making a poodle skirt( I haven’t made it yet) and I was wondering if i could make it more flowy and puffy without using a crinoline.Would i sew something into it? I would prefer not to buy one because the crinolines are not cheap.
