I have a mini dachshund that looks and acts just like yours. She moves her feet when she is a foot above the water. When we go to out lake house we take her out on the dock, and she will yelp when we get in and go under, she acts like she wants to save us! Then she will jump in and go under and stuff, too cute (: Dachshunds rule!
now that is soooo cute! she is very much loved! lucky girl! our doxie does the same thing, when we take her out the lake, everyone laughs at her “swimming” like crazy before i ever lower her into the water (I hold her about 6 inches above the water for a minute or so, just to give everyone a laugh). DOXIE’S RULE!!!
dis is soooooo cute! wish my pookie knew how to do dat! but well he starts crying and causing such a big drama just in the shower, so thats hardly unlikely lol
