Love this! My beagle acts the exact same way! By the way-when she is in a stance like she is at 0:32, it means she wants to play.

And for the comments below-we call our dog a brat..she acts like one! She doesn’t know what it means. And just because dogs are wagging their tails doesn’t mean they are happy, it means the are excited.

Proud beagle owner, right here. They really have a mind of their own! :)

This may be cute to you guys, but i wouldn’t be surprised if this dog had pack leader problems later on..
You have to set rules and boundaries to dogs, can’t just let them do what they want all the time.

@OCDWithEmoticons but u can teach a dog to understand human languages, if u always talk to your beagle in a normal voice, then, s/he will soon catch on with it. i wouldnt call my dog a brat, but if she wags her tail and stuff then maybe shes ok with it.

@rofermex it? IT??? dogs are not “its” fuck u basterd, this vid IS A FUCKING JOKE!!! and i bet u bagle is MUCH more smarter than u. if in the video they ment it, then yea, they are doing something wrong, but in this matter, no they’re not. dogs should have the same respect as humans do.

@cyberdave1 Great dog, although our’s doesn’t argue, just leaves the kitchen for a minute or so and sneaks back in.

My beagle does the same thing when you try to tell him he can’t do something or have something. He always talks back. He’s only a year old so I’m hoping he’ll grow out of it. You’re lucky that Bagle actually stays out of your kitchen, no amount of training stops our beagle from going in the kitchen! haha

  14. YouKnowIlenna Says:

Bagle totally knows you aren’t being serious, probably by your body language and because you’re repeating your command. He probably does get out when you are serious and really want him out though… like when you aren’t making a funny video yeah?

  15. MarrilandSAB Says:

Is he wagging his tail…? Yes so he is happy. Problem solved, commentors.

  16. OCDWithEmoticons Says:

I don’t understand why people are saying “Poor dog!” and “You’re a jerk to that dog!” They obviously aren’t hitting the dog. And it’s not a crime to call a dog a brat. My dad has a pomeranian that acts like a spoiled brat, so we call her one! We say “Hey, brat!” and she starts wagging her tail and looks at us. Most dogs don’t even understand the actual meanings of words, since they don’t speak any human languages!

  17. RandomlyGreek Says:

Ahahah! My beagle does that too! When I hold my finger up to him when he does something bad he shows teeth and I say “No!” then he pretends to bite me but then just ends up licking my hand to death. <3

@commandershadebetter What animal ISN’T driven to get food?

  19. commandershadebetter Says:

So can anyone explain why beagles are driven by this strong desire to get food?
