Eaton Rapids man charged in dog dragging incident
CHARLOTTE An 18-year-old man accused of dragging a dog around the streets of Eaton Rapids while the dog was chained to his sport utility vehicle was charged today with misdemeanor animal cruelty and reckless driving, officials said.
